District Attorney takes over Napa police shooting investigation

NAPA, Calif. (KGO) -- The Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley says she still has many questions about a shootout between a suspect and police in a suburban Napa neighborhood.

From what evidence shows, so far it appears to be a justified shooting but the investigation has just begun.
