7 On Your Side helps woman with insurance claim after car crash

LAFAYETTE, Calif. (KGO) -- Getting into a car accident can shake you up terribly, so can a fight over who was at fault.

A Lafayette woman says she did nothing wrong when a big-rig sideswiped her car, but she still needed help from 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney.

She said she was at a disadvantage when police arrived because she speaks very little English. And after fighting for month with the other driver's insurance company, she came to 7 On Your Side for help.
