SANTA ROSA, Calif. -- Three separate drive-by shootings in south Santa Rosa occurred within a half-hour of each other early Tuesday morning, a police sergeant said.

The shots were fired between 12:29 a.m. and 12:54 a.m. into homes with occupants that have some gang association, Santa Rosa police Sgt. John Cregan said.

No residents were struck by bullets and police are still determining how many rounds were fired, Cregan said.

The first shooting occurred in the 1300 block of Rutledge Avenue, the second in the 1200 block of Earle Street and the last in the 1700 block of Hoen Avenue, Cregan said.

Several of the bullets penetrated the front walls and windows and lodged in interior walls of the homes, Cregan said.

The suspects in the shooting are still at large, Cregan said. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (707) 543-3670.

The Sonoma County Alliance's Take Back Our Community program is offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.
