Driver survives after light pole impales car

A light pole nearly impaled the driver of Prius after an accident involving an ambulance in Prince George's County, Maryland.

According to the fire department, another car sideswiped the ambulance. It crashed into the pole, sending it airborne.

The falling light pole pierced the roof of the Prius, right behind the driver's seat, and through the floor of the car. Remarkably, no one suffered serious injuries.
