Firefighters battle two-alarm structure fire in Antioch
Firefighters battled a blaze that broke out early Friday morning in Old Town Antioch.

ANTIOCH, Calif. (KGO) -- Firefighters battled a blaze that broke out early Friday morning in Old Town Antioch.

The fire was at an abandoned building on the 500 block of 2nd Street. It was first reported at 3:15 a.m. at a building that was red tagged.

Firefighters fought the fire defensively and the roof partially collapsed. There are buildings close to the structure, but the flames did not spread.

Someone was possibly inside the building, but left before the fire started.

There are no reports of injuries.
