KNOW AND TELL: Spanish Coast Guard saves 22 sailors

Incredible video shows an open-water rescue off the coast of Spain.

The ship nearly tipped over!

Those sailors clung to fences on the deck as they rode out massive waves and gale force winds.

The Spanish Coast Guard helicoptered in.

You can see them repel down to the deck of the ship and then successfully hook up and then hoist all 22 sailors from the ship as the boat repeatedly crashed up and down in the waves.

Then, the obvious relief as every sailor made it safely into the helicopter and eventually back to land.

One rescuer even gave a thumbs up.
