OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- A man has been arrested after police say he set a fire inside Oakland International Airport around 3:30 this morning.
The man, who authorities say is in his 60's, was arrested by Alameda County sheriff's deputies after a TSA agent spotted him setting a fire in a trash can inside Terminal 1. The man came to the airport on a shuttle earlier in the evening.
The fire was quickly put out and caused no damage to the airport. There were no evacuations and no flights were canceled.
