Oakland police investigating hit-and-run into bar

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Oakland police are looking for the hit-and-run driver who crashed into a bar overnight on 17th Street and Telegraph Avenue.

Police say the suspect ran a red light at the intersection of 17th Street and Telegraph Avenue, hit another car then plowed into the Dogwood bar, shattering the front glass windows. The bar was closed at the time, so luckily no one was inside.

Two people in the car ran off, the driver in the second car was not seriously hurt.
