Redmon was captured after crashing a Prius about 20 miles away on the Highway 17 Hamilton Avenue off ramp in Campbell, during a pursuit with deputies. Investigators say another man was found in the car with injuries. He died at the hospital. There is no word yet on his cause of death. Deputies say they're still looking to see if he's a suspect or victim.

Three men were also found at a home in Redwood Estates, less than a quarter of a mile away from the local market and post office. One person was dead on the scene from an apparent gunshot wound. The other two men were injured.

"Completely out of the norm. We're a pretty tight community everybody who lives up here," said Cameron Radov, Redwood Estates resident.

Sheriff's deputies still had Madrone Drive blocked off this morning as they continued their investigation. More charges and more arrests could be coming.

"This is a complicated case due to the fact of how many moving crime scenes there were. How many potential victims and how many potential suspects in this case," said Santa Clara County Sheriff Sgt. James Jensen.

Once the sheriff's department finishes its investigation it will be up to the district attorney's office to determine the final charges.
