EL PASO, Texas (KGO) -- A Texas woman, Grisel Jaramillo, is back together with her dog after six years of separation.

Her dog, Bailey, was dognapped from in front of Grisel's home in El Paso, Texas.

But like a dream come true, someone spotted Bailey, lost and alone, in Indianapolis, Indiana, which is 1,400 miles away from El Paso.

The Good Samaritan took Bailey, who was dirty and flea ridden, to a pet hospital. The dog had a microchip, making it possible to track down the owner.
