Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-San Francisco, got upset when a reporter asked her something she doubts they would ever consider asking a man. Her comments came during her weekly press conference.

A reporter wanted to know why, after a third disappointing election for the Democratic Party, Pelosi isn't considering giving up her position as House Minority Leader.

"What was the day that any of you said to Mitch McConnell when they lost the Senate three times in a row, lost making progress in taking back the Senate three times in a row, 'Aren't you getting a little old Mitch? Shouldn't you step aside?' It just is interesting as a woman to see how many times that question is asked of a woman and how many times that question is never asked of Mitch McConnell," Pelosi said.

Pelosi and McConnell are both in their 70's. McConnell is likely to become Senate Majority Leader when the GOP gains control of the Senate next year.

Pelosi says she'll lead the Democrats in the House as long as her members want her to.
