Should you reconsider retiring to Florida? A new major study says if you want to make the most of your golden years, you may want to consider Arizona.

According to two recent studies by Bankrate.com measuring both the 10 best and 10 worst cities to retire in America, Arizona stole three of the top five favorable spots. On the flip side, those in the greater northeast may want to consider moving anywhere else upon retirement as cities Newark, Hartford and New York City were ranked as the worst.

Bankrate ranked the best and worst cities based on weather, cost of living, crime rate, health care quality, taxes and "walkability." The financial planning website also considered the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index that tries to capture the "senior well-being," or the satisfaction of surroundings from residents 65 and older.

Disagree? So did another study by Wallet Hub, which put five Florida cities in the "best" list while Chicago and Philadelphia were included on the "worst" cities to retire.

Which cities do you think deserve to make the best or worst lists? Let us know in the comments.
