Hobby Lobby recalling scented candles due to fire hazard

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The crafts store chain Hobby Lobby is recalling over 250,000 candles because they are a fire hazard.

The recall involves DD scented candles sold in mason jars at Hobby Lobby stores.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says high flames can ignite the surface of the wax.

One person has been hurt and there are nine reports of property damage.
