Berkeley's homeless population has grown as a result of other neighboring cities getting rid of their own encampments and now the city is trying to find ways to disband them by putting up fences.

BERKELEY, Calif. (KGO) -- Berkeley's homeless population has grown as a result of other neighboring cities getting rid of their own encampments. Pressured by some local businesses, the city of Berkeley is now trying to find ways to disband them by putting up fences. Watch the video above for Lyanne Melendez's full report.
