A Lebanese TV host shut down an interview with a guest who said it was "beneath him" to be interviewed by her.

One female Lebanese television host showed her guest whose in charge after he said it was "beneath him" to be interviewed by her.

The clip above depicts Lebanese TV host Rima Karaki interviewing Hani Al-Siba'i, an Islamist based out of London. Karaki begins asking Al-Siba'i questions about Christians joining ISIS.

Karaki attempts to steer the discussion towards another line of questioning, which agitates Al-Siba'i. The two go back and forth, with Al-Siba'i at one point telling Karaki to shut up so he can finish speaking.

When Karaki tries to wrap things up, Al-Siba'i then states "it's beneath me to be interviewed by you. You are a woman who..." At that point, Karaki states "either there is mutual respect, or the conversation is over."

The clip has already received over 2 million views on YouTube since being uploaded on March 4. Many on social media have been praising Karaki for how she handled herself in the interview.
