Spectators at a London air show got more than they bargained for then an F-16 flew way too low during a landing.

LONDON (KGO) -- Spectators at the Waddington International Air Show in England got a close look at the belly of a Turkish F-16 fighter jet -- a little too close.

People started out waving to the plane, but then ducked for cover and ran out of the way when they realized how close the fighter jet was on its landing.

Witnesses say the military jet was only a few feet above their heads.

There is no explanation as to why the pilot pulled this stunt.
