Slow-mo video captures tiger's incredible vertical leap

This video shows one of those moments that leaves you in awe of a great predator -- and also really glad that you aren't in the cage with it.

It's been viewed more than one million times in two days, and when you see how high this tiger can pounce, you'll understand why.

Maxime Dehaye, who uploaded the video, said the footage was taken as part of the Glen Afric Volunteer Experience outside of Johannesburg, South Africa. As Dehaye points out, at one point part of the tiger's body manages to clear the top of the enclosure's fence.
