Family Circle has released its 2015 list of the best towns for families. Rankings were based on factors like median income, median home price, quality of schools, and overall community spirit.

At the top of the list was East Grand Rapids, Mich., a town praised for its active lifestyle, great schools, and family feel. Hernando, Miss. and Issaquah, Wash., came in at second and third, respectively, with the towns being praised for their cultural diversity and affordability.

It's worth noting that all of the towns on the list have relatively small populations. East Grand Rapids is home to just 10,786 residents, while Weston, Fla. with the largest population on the list has 66,053 residents. Home prices ranged between $185,000 and $385,250.
