Oakland native and Disney star Zendaya is combining the Halloween spirit with giving back.

The 18-year-old pop star appeared on Good Morning America Monday morning to discuss the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF Campaign.

She says the campaign is something she started doing herself at a young age through school going door to door with a UNICEF donation box, while trick-or-treating at the same time.

Donations through the campaign go toward providing medicine, nutrition, and emergency relief to children around the world.
