Championship banner hang over Warriors' first practice in Oakland
After a summer filled with parties and celebrations, it is back to work for the NBA Champion Golden State Warriors. They held their first practice in training camp on Tuesday.

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- After a summer filled with parties and celebrations, it is back to work for the NBA Champion Golden State Warriors. They held their first practice in training camp on Tuesday.

The new championship banner hangs over the practice court in Oakland. Coming off the Warriors' first title in 40 years, Steve Kerr did not sit back and enjoy his team's accomplishment's the past few months. He had two back surgeries instead.

Despite putting Andre Iguodala into the starting lineup in the NBA Finals, Kerr says the team plans to go back to Harrison Barnes as a starter.

"Why would we change, you know, what we did last year when we had as much success as we did?" he said. "Again, you have to let camp play out. Nobody's guaranteed. There's injuries, there's all kinds of stuff that happens. But, we'll definitely start out the same way we ended last year."

The Warriors' first preseason game is next Monday in San Jose.
