SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The San Francisco Giants are back in town after Sunday's crushing loss in St. Louis.

The team took batting practice Monday afternoon at AT&T Park. The Giants could have won both games against the Cardinals, but a walk-off home run gave St. Louis a split in the series.

The cardinals also took batting practice at AT&T Park Monday.

Sunday's hero, Cardinals 2nd baseman Kolten Wong, said the team is paying special attention to the outfield wall. He said, "Reading balls of the wall is going to be tough for us. So we definitely worked on that, trying to see how balls are going to react coming off the wall. Certain parts of the wall have different angles that the ball takes."

The good news for the Giants is that the next three games are at home. The first pitch on Tuesday is at 1:07 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday's games start at 5 p.m.
