SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- They are known as the "Legends of Candlestick" Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana, along with Steve Young, Jerry Rice, Roger Craig and Dwight Clark will return to Candlestick this summer for the final football game ever at the stadium.

The Niner greats will face off against a team of NFL stars captained by hall of famer Dan Marino in a flag football game.

The last time these two quarterbacks went head to head was Super Bowl XIX, when the 49ers beat the Dolphins 38-16.

ABC7 sports anchor and former 49er Mike Shumann will also be playing. He's been working out for the game, so he'll be in top shape.

Shu's got some time to get ready -- the game takes place July 12. Tickets go on sale May 10, with a pre-sale for 49ers season ticket holders on May 5. Tickets range in price from $30-$50.
