List of worst commonly-used passwords released

Los Gatos-based SplashData is out with its new list of the worst passwords and, yes, they're just as bad as you may think.

    1. "123456" - which was also the worst last year.

    2. "Password"

    3. "12345"

    4. "12345678"

    5. "Qwerty"


The company analyzed the 3 million passwords leaked online last year and came up with the list by finding the most common passwords.

Remember, the harder the password is for you to remember, the more secure it is.
