Fatal vehicle versus pedestrian accident in San Jose

SAN JOSE (KGO) -- San Jose Police are investigating a fatal vehicle versus pedestrian collision at Tully Road and Lanai Ave.

The vehicle was traveling east on Tully Road when it stuck a pedestrian who was crossing north to south across Tully Road. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Drugs or alcohol are not suspected as a factor in the crash at this time.
