SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Muni is recovering from an overnight power outage. The outage occurred at 12:30 a.m., but things are getting back to normal.

The power outage affected the Duboce junction, so light rail lines J, K/T, L, M, and N weren't running.

Muni service was restored at the Duboce junction before 6 a.m., but it didn't happen in time to help all of the commuters.

Riders flocked to bus stops, some flagged down taxi's. It was crowded and people were frustrated.

Muni officials say riders can expect some residual delays from the power outage.
