Southbound U.S. Highway 101 between Oyster Point and Grand Avenue had been closed since Friday because of emergency repairs on the roadway, which had cracked or washed away from Thursday's storm, Caltrans spokesman Bob Haus said.

The repairs were completed this afternoon and the entire roadway was reopened shortly before 3 p.m. today, he said.
