Police investigate shooting in Napa, ask public to avoid area near Lincoln Ave.

NAPA, Calif. (KGO) -- Police said they are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex in Napa Thursday morning.

The incident took place at Napa Park Homes Complex near the corner of Lincoln and and Soscol Avenues.

The Napa Police Department posted on social media just after 11 a.m., asking the public to avoid the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue for police activity.

Video shows yellow crime scene tape around the perimeter and several police officers investigating.
