7 On Your Side helps South Bay man with TV cable blackouts

SAN MATEO, Calif. (KGO) -- Imagine that you're watching your favorite TV show, when suddenly the screen goes blank.

A San Mateo man says this became an everyday hassle. His phone and internet also kept cutting out. Comcast sent technicians out nine times over the past 17 months. They couldn't stop the outages.
