The girl was playing in the driveway and her mother, whose several other children were inside her home, thought the child was with her siblings, according to police.
The mother drove her vehicle in her driveway in the 4900 block of Stacy Street and hit her daughter around 3 p.m., police said.
The girl's father took the child to a nearby hospital, where she died, police said.
