Witnesses say the man is in his late 40's or 50's with gray hair and a gray mustache. They also say he speaks with an accent.
The two separate incidents happened earlier this month at Pleasant Hill Middle School.
In the first case, the man was also with a woman dressed in hospital scrubs. In the second incident the man was alone when he approached a boy near the school.
