Lt. Mike Cook of the Petaluma Police Department says 30-year-old Jonathan Douglas Hill of Novato has told police that he exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl in Petaluma on March 10.
Hill had come under investigation on March 20 when a 10-year-old Marinwood girl told police that a man exposed himself to her near Dixie Elementary School in Lucas Valley.
Marin County Sheriff's deputies saw Hill in a white sport utility vehicle leaving the school. The vehicle matched the description of a similar crime reported by multiple girls in Kentfield on March 9.
Sgt. Debra Barry of the sheriff's department says Hill was found to have child pornography on his cell phone and in his home.
