The drill, scheduled for 1 p.m., will include between 4,000 to 6,000 people at city hall and other nearby buildings including the Federal Building and Department of Health.
The drill will close several streets in the area so, drivers may experience some delays.
Local, state and federal agencies are participating in the drill to improve response efforts in the event of a real emergency.
