Local air quality officials said particulates from wildfires burning in southwest Oregon would reach unhealthful levels in the Bay Area Monday afternoon.
The smoke is moving down the coast and then being drawn in by offshore winds.
It's expected to be smoky Tuesday, as well, but not unhealthful.
