Attempted murder suspect arrested after graduation in Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, Calif. (KGO) -- Fairfield police took a 19-year-old man wanted for attempted murder into custody. Authorities waited until he was finished watching a high school graduation.

Manuel Antonio Rodrigues was arrested following the graduation ceremony at Rodriguez High School. Police found out Rodrigues was at the ceremony, but waited until after the graduates had filed out before arresting him. Rodrigues is wanted in connection with a shooting late last month.
