Funnel cloud spotted in Lincoln after massive Bay Area storm

LINCOLN, Calif. (KGO) -- Imagine walking out of a casino and seeing a funnel cloud.

Brandon Franklin snapped a picture of the weather phenomenon just outside the Thunder Valley Casino around 2 p.m. Monday.

There are no reports that the cloud touched down to become a tornado.
