Belmont police investigating deadly shooting

BELMONT, Calif. (KGO) -- Police in Belmont are investigating a deadly shooting that happened early Saturday.

A man was found dead just after 5:00 a.m. near the 500 block of Ralston Ave.

Police believe there was a party at a nearby apartment complex, and a shooting broke out shortly after.

The suspect got away on foot. Police have not released a description of the suspects other than that it is an adult male.
