BERKELEY, Calif. (KGO) -- Fears of a large fight prompted the principal at Berkeley High School to enact additional security measures on Wednesday.
Principal Kristin Glenchur asked students to stay on campus during lunch and says no visitor passes will be issued until further notice.
She also requested more police.
The move comes after word that a group of students from McClymonds High School in Oakland, who fought with Berkeley students last month, intended to go back.
ABC7 News was at Berkeley High School Wednesday, where there was a heavy police presence but no word of any fights.
