Big-rig spill cleared from EB I-80 ramp to WB I-580

ALBANY, Calif. -- The eastbound I-80 ramp to westbound I-580 has reopened after a big-rig crash in Albany.

Debris spilled off the big-rig and blocked the connector ramp. A Sig-alert was issued due to the crash.

The ramp was reopened around 7 a.m. and the incident was first reported at 3:52 a.m.
