SANTA CLARA, Calif. (KGO) -- The Santa Clara office of the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) re-opened Monday after an envelope containing a white substance was mailed to the organization last week forcing the office to close.

The FBI has determined the powder was not dangerous. Sky7 HD showed police, fire and hazmat crews on the scene last Thursday.

The Santa Clara CAIR office is across the street from the largest mosque in the Bay Area.
