SUNOL, Calif. -- State Highway 84 east of Sunol has reopened this afternoon after being blocked for nearly two hours by a multi-vehicle crash that left a delivery truck on its side, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported at 2:36 p.m. east of Interstate Highway 680, CHP officials said.

The delivery truck collided head-on with a sedan. Both vehicles overturned, and other cars careened into bushes off the highway. No one was seriously injured in the crash, according to the CHP.

Both lanes of traffic were closed while emergency crews worked on clearing the highway. The CHP reported all lanes of traffic were open at 4:17 p.m.
