SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Director Jason Reitman has found success with his recent film projects including the Oscar-winning "Juno" and the Oscar-nominated "Up in the Air." He returns behind the camera for "Men, Women & Children;" a sober and thought-provoking look at how technology, specifically Social Media, has changed the way people interact with each other and how that impacts our relationships.
The film, based on the novel of the same name penned by Chad Kultgen, navigates through generations to tell a story that connects 12 different lives. The movie stars Jennifer Garner, Judy Greer, Adam Sandler and a cast of young actors who open the window that allows the audience to peek into the lives of modern day high schoolers. Reitman sat down with ABC7News.com to talk about his latest picture.
"Men, Women & Children" opens in theaters October 17.
