ABC7's David Louie, Joey Smith honored at Disney service award celebration in LA

LOS ANGELES (KGO) -- The ABC7 family is celebrating major milestones for two of our wonderful colleagues.

On Tuesday night, reporter David Louie and stage manager Joey Smith were among those honored in Los Angeles at a service award celebration for employees of the Walt Disney Company.

ABC7 General Manager Bill Burton was in attendance as well.

ABC7 threw a party for reporter David Louie, who is celebrating 45 years at the station, on Monday, June 5, 2017 in San Francisco.

David has been with ABC7 for a remarkable 45 years and Joey has been here 40 years.

The big party included appearances by Mickey Mouse and was hosted by Tom Bergeron of "Dancing with the Stars."
