Jimmy Kimmel meets 'The Simpsons' ahead of the animated show's 600th episode

Comedy worlds will collide when animated late night host Jimmy Kimmel meets The Simpsons.

Kimmel will dive into new cartoonish territory on Thursday when he visits Springfield's favorite yellow family. A preview of the clip shows Kimmel holding Maggie Simpson, while asking Homer if he's ever cleaned the baby's pacifier.

"Don't judge me just cause I never washed a pacifier or know how old my daughter is," Homer hilariously tells the comedian. The full Simpsons/Kimmel meet up will air on tonight's Jimmy Kimmel Live!, just ahead of the premiere of The Simpsons 600th episode on Sunday.

Now in its 28th season, The Simpsons is the longest-running prime-time show on TV.
