New bills may give men access to changing tables in public restrooms

Moms may soon get more help from dads changing babies' diapers in public restrooms.

Two new bills working their way through Sacramento aim to give men more access to changing tables.

One would require restaurants, movie theaters and shopping centers to provide the tables in both men and women's restrooms. Right now, they're usually just in the ladies room.

Another bill would require changing tables in new restrooms, without asking old ones to be retrofitted.
