Large fire breaks out at Port of Stockton

STOCKTON, Calif. (KGO) -- A fire that is raging in Stockton at a recycling plant at the Port of Stockton.

The smoke can be seen from miles away and the fire department says high winds are making things difficult for firefighters.

There are no reports of any injuries and it is not clear how this fire started.
