Santa Cruz Co. removed from watch list, Newsom saysIn a Monday press conference, Gov. Gavin Newsom said Santa Cruz County was taken off the COVID-19 watch list and five other counties were added. He also said power outages and intermittent blackouts are "very likely" through Wednesday amid the heat wave.
