Know and Tell: SUV nearly hits patrol car on Florida highway

A Florida deputy and his K-9 partner Rambo were on patrol when an SUV came flying towards them.

Dashcam video shows the scary moment that the SUV careened off a highway and flipped over a median before tumbling into oncoming traffic.

Incredibly, the driver was not seriously hurt but did get a ticket for careless driving.
