LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (KGO) -- The lack of snow is forcing another Sierra ski resort to shut down earlier than usual.
Sugar Bowl says it'll close for the season after Sunday, due to the ultra-dry conditions this winter.
It's the second resort to shut down in the past week.
Sierra-at-Tahoe suspended operations temporarily on Monday.
If it doesn't reopen this year, it will be the earliest seasonal closing since the 1970s.
