Harris heads to suburbs in 3 critical battleground states Monday

Kamala Harris is heading to the suburbs in three critical battleground states on Monday to court Republican voters uneasy about Donald Trump.

The vice president will be having moderated conversations with Republican Liz Cheney in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. With just over two weeks to go before the presidential election and the race a dead heat, the Democratic nominee is looking for support from every possible voter.

Her campaign is hoping to persuade those who haven't made up their minds, mobilize any Democrats considering sitting this one out, and pick off voters in areas where support for Trump may be fading.

Harris will be back in Pennsylvania on Wednesday for a town hall in Delaware County, where she will take voter questions.

Trump mocks Harris' story from behind the fryer at McDonald's

Trump works fry station, holds drive-thru news conference at Bucks County McDonald's

Former President Donald Trump worked the fryer at a Philadelphia-area McDonald's on Sunday as he continues to mock Democratic presidential opponent Vice President Kamala Harris' accounts of her experience working at the fast food restaurant.

The former president was scheduled to speak at a Lancaster, Pennsylvania, rally later in the day before attending the New York Jets-Pittsburgh Steelers NFL game Sunday night.

Trump has long challenged Harris' telling of life lessons she learned while working at a McDonald's during summer break while she was a student at Howard University. On Sunday, the former president took his trolling a step further by putting an apron over his shirt and tie and learning how to work the fryer.
