San Jose prepares for National Drug Take-Back Day

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day is April 28, and politicians met in San Jose Monday to remind residents of the dangers of prescription drug abuse.

Mayor Sam Liccardo spoke alongside California Attorney General Xavier Becerra. According to the 2015 National Survey on Drug Use and Health, 6.4 million Americans have abused prescription drugs.
